Welcome to the Blog of the ANCL. We provide a forum for debate and scholarship on matters relevant to the African continent in areas such as constitutional law, administrative law, human rights, development, government and politics. Our aim is to present scholarship from all parts of Africa to highlight the wealth of knowledge across the length and breadth of Africa, and, in particular to represent developments covering all parts of the continent.

Submissions

We welcome submissions in English and French. Submissions may cover any area of public law broadly conceived, on matters related to or relevant to the African continent. All submissions are subject to review by the editors.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions should be between 700 – 1000 words. Please use hyperlinks rather than footnotes. All submissions should include the name of the author(s) and their institutional affiliation.
