Dr. Azubike Onuora-Oguno is Vice President West Africa of the ANCL. He is currently the Head of Department Jurisprudence and International Law, Faculty of Law University of Ilorin. Dr. Onuora-Oguno has served as visiting Professor at the University of Torino Italy and Visiting Scholar at the OSgoode Hall Law School, Canada. He is passionate about International Human Rights Laws especially Economic and Social Rights with respect to its intersection with constitutional practices.
